Join me in my kitchen for a fun and informative 2-hour nutrition and cookery class! In this hands-on session, I’ll provide practical, everyday tips to help you and your family eat better, reduce ultra-processed foods, and make simple changes that pack a big punch.

During the class, I’ll prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two healthy snacks, giving you plenty of samples to taste along the way. You’ll also take home a nutrition & recipe booklet to help you recreate these meals in your own kitchen.

This class is perfect for a group of friends or can be personalised for your needs. Maximum of 8 participants per class for a more interactive experience.
