About Me

Catherine Ryan is a Nutrition, Health, and Food Coach based in Tipperary, with a deep-rooted love for wholesome, homemade food.

Growing up on a farm, I developed an early appreciation for the power of fresh, natural ingredients. As I raised my own family, my interest in healthy, nutritious eating grew even stronger. In a world where chronic illness and disease are on the rise, I firmly believes that good health begins at our own kitchen table.

In 2021, I set up Good Grain Granola, a refined sugar-free food brand. From here, I saw first hand the demand for simple, healthy food and straightforward information.  I returned to college to train as a professional Nutrition, Health & Food Coach with the Irish Institute of Nutrition & Health (IINH).

Today, I combine my love for food and health in my work, offering personalised nutrition and food plans, group cooking classes, and one-on-one coaching. My approach is all about real, whole foods that are as delicious as they are nutritious, with a focus on long-term well-being. From diet to sleep, exercise to mental health, I believe in a balanced, all encompassing approach to living a healthier, happier life.

I now help people take control of their own nutrition and health. I work with everyone, from fussy toddlers to pensioners, all with the same goal in mind; to optimise their health and wellness, and prevent diet related health issues.
